can you feel the burn? i can feel it. it builds. deeper and deeper until it comes spurting out to the surface in waves of fire. it tears and rips and wrenches at your very being. it's almost as if you can hear your muscles and tendons and bones screaming and beating their little helpless hands at their cages. you can feel them wanting to escape through your very pores - through your burned and beaten skin. but you push through the burn.
i went to the gym today.
